Still Looking for Motivation

Lean TorsoThe only motivation that matters is the one in my own head.  I’m am 100% convinced that weight loss, and any personal development , is a mind game.  This week I am embarking on a 90 challenge.  My goal is to reach 205 lbs by November 1st.
