- 7-8 inch whole wheat tortillas
- 1 lb. lean ground beef or turkey
- taco seasoning
- fat-free refried beans
- reduced fat cheddar cheese
- green onions, cilantro, tomatoes, avocado, reduced fat sour cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook up the ground beef and add appropriate amount of taco seasoning. Let simmer according to directions.
Take one tortilla and spread 1/4 cup beans on it and 1/4 cup of the seasoned meat. Top it with another tortilla. Place several of these “pizzas” on a cookie sheet. Bake for 10 …
