Gregg McBrideLast week I had the pleasure of interviewing Gregg McBride.  Several years ago Gregg weighed over 450 lbs.  He had tried every diet on the market.  Finally, he found the best way to lose weight.  He learned to eat less and move more.  Years later, he now weighs 175 lbs and is the author of the book Just Stop Eating So Much.  It is his powerful guide to really losing weight without fad diets.

The interview is divided into two sections and is roughly thirty four minutes in length and is full of great insights and valuable information on how Gregg achieved his weight loss goals and continues to maintain a healthy weight.

Part 1

Part 2

You can find Gregg online at his website, on facebook or twitter.

How refreshing to listen to this REALISTIC story…..who ever tells you they had “skin” removed after loosing a lot of weight! I had no idea about the animal protein saving face! I think especially with people who have as much weight to loose as Gregg, the Just Stop Eating so Much, makes simple sense. Thank you for sharing this amazing weight loss story I was pleasantly surprised how informative it was!

Mr. McBride is not only an inspiration to those of us who struggle to loose weight, but his ideas about loosing weight are simple and make sense! Today, I’m going to buy two things: (1) a pair a jeans I’d like to fit into by July; and (2) Mr. McBride’s book to remind me that I can do it. Thanks for posting this motivational interview.
